Modification of Pressor Effect of Angiotensin by Hexamethonium, Guanethidine and Bretylium in Rabbits

Abstract

|
In blood pressure response of rabbits, the pressor effect of angiotensin was markedly potentiated by hexamethonium, but little affected by guanethidine or bretylium. The pressor effect of epinephrine and aerepiaephrine was markedly potentiated by each agent: henamethonium, guanethidine and bretylium.
